Is Arigo the carrier?
No. Arigo is a technology and reservation platform; a licensed transfer company provides transportation.
Is the estimated price binding?
No. The licensed carrier sets the final price in its offer.
Who assigns the vehicle and driver?
After the customer approves a suitable offer and successfully pays the full amount by in-app card, the real reservation is created and the carrier company assigns the vehicle and driver.
